Our Story

In 1976, Vincent Bray was employed by Louisville Gas and Electric. Within his 25 years of employment, he worked 20 years as a lineman and 5 years as a line superintendent. He had the opportunity to shadow some of the most prestigious leaders with in the electrical industry.

After retiring from LG&E in 2001, Vincent Bray embarked on the opportunity to supervise contractors, thus leading to the establishment of Bray Electric Services Inc. Bray Electric Services is a minority owned business that has grown from 2 employees to 30 full-time and part-time employees. As a company, we have over 500 years of combined line construction experience.

Bray Electric Services works predominately as a power line contractor that focuses on Transmission, Distribution, and Substation Inspections.
